Iontophoresis

Our tap water iontophoresis machines for hyperhidrosis are used in NHS hospitals throughout the UK and internationally for the treatment of sweaty hands, feet or underarms. The machines have been tried and tested for many years in hospitals as well as at home for personal use.

The non invasive procedure involves passing a low voltage electric current through the hands or feet using a water bath.

The treatment protocol recommends seven 20-30 minute sessions in the first month, after which the number of sessions can be greatly reduced and are tailored on an individual basis. The frequency of the maintenance treatment varies with the individual and may be anything from twice a week to a month or so. You should continue this maintenance treatment as required.
